First rate and praiseworthy. There was NO ONE at the new breast center that was not top notch in so many ways. Kind, resilient and accommodating to me at a time (breast cancer) when I truly needed the compassion and knowledge they offered.
Hi, I felt that Dr. Chu was exceptionally professional, knew the case, case history, and just gave me a great level of comfort in knowing that my care is going to be in the best hands possible. And I feel that about all of the staff there at Conrad Breast Center. I've been just so pleased and it just warms my heart that everybody there just takes the highest level of care and concern about their patients. And I appreciate that. Thank you.

The only uncomfortable thing that happened during this and my last appointment is that a medical assistant both times interrupted by knocking and quickly opening the door to tell the doctor her next appointment was there. My appointment started late and the doctor had just finished my breast exam where I was totally exposed. It would be better if they sent a teams message or some other method as it is fairly uncaring/ cold for someone discussing cancer/breast surgery.
I really appreciate Dr. Chu for her fantastic care. Her knowledge and professionalism are well above average...all her staff are so professional and welcoming...never have I had such excellence and exceptional care. Thank you all
