Everybody in the facility was amazing, very, very friendly, but I really felt like the doctor listened to me and my concerns and some of the stuff that I was worried about. She listened and you can tell she really cares about her patients and I really appreciate those kind of doctors.

Dr. Seema Rao provided an exceptional experience for our family during an incredibly difficult time. We went into the appointment expecting a quick, routine visit, but instead, she gave us her full attention and care. She took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain what is happening in our baby’s body, walking us through the MRI and making sure we understood every detail. Her patience and compassion truly stood out. Despite our infant crying and our 5-year-old needing attention, she remained calm, kind, and composed throughout the entire visit—even offering a snack to help comfort our child. We left feeling informed, reassured, and deeply supported. Dr. Rao’s thoroughness and bedside manner restored our confidence in the care we’re receiving. We are incredibly grateful to have her as our baby’s oncologist and truly appreciate the time, patience, and kindness she showed our family. Dr. Rao, you are truly adored!!!! Thank you so very much!!!
