Alison Basta & her MA Edralda made me feel right at home first visit. My health needs and treatment surrounding needle phobia was embraced without feeling belittled in the process. NP Basta was wonderful, and the rx she prescribed is working. However, I was very lucky to get an appointment due to a cacellation. I know Urgent Care is always an option, but I just wish you had more slots for issues that can't wait a week for an appt.
