Marvelous as always
Krystal is awesome! Even though I know appointments are scheduled "back to back," I never feel rushed by her or her assistants. She always makes sure she answers all of my questions & addresses any concerns I have. (The lack of being told when test results would be available - one of the survey questions - was not from Krystal & it was not an issue. I know they will show up in MyChart & I will be notified when they are available. Plus, Krystal sent me a message as soon as she received them too.) She is very caring & knowledgeable. I appreciate her very much!
