I had initially been referred to the Fallon offices because my primary provider at the Vista offices in Sparks was not available and it was closer to me since I was coming 160 miles from Winnemucca. I had made an appointment with Fallon. 5 miles from the Fallon offices, they called and cancelled my appointment and said Id have to come back at another time to set up a primary care provider appointment. I had already been on the road for two hours, was in pain, so I called and made an appointment to go to the Vista Urgent Care. I got in at 1:30 pm that day. The waiting time was reasonable, the staff was excellent, my problem was diagnosed and problem solved. It was an excellent experience and I was back in Winnemucca by nightfall.
