I appreciated attendance by the resident doctor first, and then the consultation by the attending doctor. I genuinely appreciated the extra time taken in understanding and diagnosing the symptoms I presented (pinched nerve). This consultation was by far the best yet at this clinic.
I appreciated how the provider discussed my child’s diagnosis and treatment plan directly with my child. He’s a teenager and also takes responsibility for his recovery in addition to me as his parent. He was very receptive to the provider and I think appreciated the level of respect shown to him.
Dr. Hockenberry was very helpful and gave me some good insight on some other medical issues that I had as well. So he was a great doctor and I got him very quickly. Thank you.
