Pharmacy FAQ

Renown Pharmacy specializes in hard-to-find pharmaceuticals at lower costs not typically stocked at other retail locations, such as certain compound medications.

Two options:

  2. Refill Online via MyChart

You can transfer your prescriptions by calling 775-982-7737 and allowing our expert pharmacy staff to complete the process for you. You may also fill out our Pharmacy Rx Mail Order form for faster service.

Hometown Health and Senior Care Plus members enjoy a reduced copay and can save money on mail-order prescriptions. For example, members can pay two 30-day copays instead of three 30-day copays for a 90-day supply. If you’re interested in exploring insurance options, get in touch!

If you are currently under the care of the authorizing provider, the pharmacy staff can contact the provider on your behalf and obtain a refill on your prescription if appropriate.

Contact Renown Pharmacy, and the pharmacy staff will contact your provider to request a new prescription and fill it for you.

You can request a refill on any of your prescriptions, specify the preferred delivery method and even provide payment for the copay, all in MyChart.
