Tai Chi: Grounded Movement

Facilitated by Tom McGuire, this gentle Movement class is designed to support balance, coordination, and confidence. This class emphasizes slow, mindful movements to help participants feel steady, grounded, and supported. Movements can be adapted for all abilities and can be done standing or seated.
