Coming Soon: Integrated Ambulatory Care Center — at Kiley Ranch
As our region continues to grow, Renown is committed to investing in the future of healthcare with the new Integrated Ambulatory Care Center — at Kiley Ranch.
Located on 40 acres near Pyramid Way, Sparks Boulevard and Highland Ranch Parkway, the 123,000-square-foot facility will provide convenient access to outpatient and preventive care services, including primary care, urgent care, imaging and lab services, and rotating specialty services in pediatrics, women’s health and more. The facility may also accommodate additional services over time as community needs continue to evolve.

The Integrated Ambulatory Care Center at Kiley Ranch is part of Renown’s ongoing commitment to expanding access and enhancing care throughout our community, including:
- Renown South Meadows Medical Center Expansion – Upgraded infrastructure for enhanced care and patient experience.
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) & Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) – State-of-the-art pediatric services at Renown Children’s Hospital.
- Trauma Intensive Care Unit (TICU) – Advanced trauma care at Renown Regional Medical Center.
